We stopped here during a drive through the region for a couple of pints and a late lunch. The service was quite good, fast at the bar and helpful at the tables. The food was great. Quite a bit better than we were expecting and definitely holds its own anywhere. Environment inside the pub is nice, plenty of comfortable places for a seat, little fireplace going etc. Didn't get a room here but it strikes me as a good spot to stay, particularly with the bar and restaurant downstairs. The Snooty Fox is right in the heart of Tetbury, so location is great. Service is also very good; bar tenders are friendly, attentive and efficient. Unfortunately, food is very mediocre so I would go elsewhere. FYI: I had Fish and Chips from the lunchtime menu for £17 (Jan2024). Not worth it, very sad overcooked fish, wimpy chips and bullets for peas. I feel more than a bit ripped off.

Great and friendly staff, lovely food and fair priced drinks! Didn't stay the night, but I'm sure the rooms lovely! Would definitely go in again!

Stopped off for a break (with little dog also know as white fox) after walking the beautiful and historic town of Tutbury. The hotel has very classy and interesting bar areas with friendly staff. Had delicious Caesar salad served to us by the very friendly manageress. It was really quite popular for mid afternoon on a Thursday. Highly recommended especially as it is very dog friendly !

Great place , we held a baby shower , had room off dining area , good size, there were 12 of us. Staff very friendly and welcoming, especially Charlie who was very helpful when we setting the room up. ( and for taking the group photo ) We had the buffet , honey & mustard cocktail sausages & quiches were delicious, great cheese boards , 3 different salads , sandwiches and dips. Well presented and plenty of it. Definitely recommend , great afternoon at a lovely place.

Wow , having just returned from a three night stay all my wife and i can is amazing . We arrived to a very warm friendly welcome which continued throughout our stay , nothing was too much trouble and all the staff were very friendly . A very good variety drinks , very good food , very comfortable room and a very relaxed atmosphere

2 nights spent in the snooty fox were very special. The staff are very good and we were well looked after. The dining room is enormous and comfortable, the food in the evening was excellent. The room was very comfortable with an excellent bath and shower over. The town car park behind the hotel is easy to use as its free to use between 1800 and 0800 the next day.

Enjoyed a great couple of nights at the Snooty Fox. We came with our 5 month old puppy and the staff really made him and us feel welcome. Our room was lovely, really spacious and with a comfy bed. Plenty of room for puppy too. The food was great, including a comprehensive selection for breakfast. There is a little bit of noise in the rooms but it's an old building right on the high street, so to be expected. But the location more than makes up for it as a base for exploring. Would definitely recommend staying here :)
